Spiritual Retreat Center Project

Attention my dear friends, members and supporters.

We have an opportunity to buy an interesting and beautiful property to serve as a sanctuary and uses for our Church/order and larger communities.

It is a mostly forested 60 acre property in Wisconsin and part of a 300 acre Island on the Chipawa river.

There is also a perfect 80 acre property near Flagstaff, AZ.

Our Future plans of a model Eco village, HQ and education center for eco housing and energy would then be in the works how ever slowly we would proceed?

We would also have a wonderful place to hold our important celebrations and annual events and at least a modest income could be assumed from rentals as a camp to other groups in the mean time.

Please consider this and do what ever you can to contribute to our mission and future.

I will open a new bank account for this.

Make any donation Checks out to:

The Liberal Catholic Old Catholic Church Int. (LCOCCI).

(Commonly AKA and DBA The Church of St.Thomas Int. That has not Changed, LCOCCI is simply our official legal name of the 501c3 we will set up as a jurisdiction and synod).

Thank you for your donations in advance and working together for the world we want.

Sincerely, Namaste',

Bp.DDL Rochelle/ aka: Br.Dave OST

Long range plan

1 Possible model with phase one complete

Please see this link for the full model and concept

The above links is the best example I have seen in 15 yrs. The writer was addressing needs of third world nations. Much would be easyer in the USA and our model would be adjusted in many ways.

I am only addressing this concept and future village as a small residential population of our clergy, religious order, their families and volunteers in running a retreat and education center for our members and paying guests generating income in various events and examples in the linked model.

Obviously this is more a 20 yr plan and as stated, even 30% of the full village model would make an amazingly responsible community.

I will also put other great links here to show you the wide possible choices of the larger concept.
